In vows of love, words spoken between a man and his wife are a proclamation and commitment to love for an eternity. It’s so beautiful to be able to witness an event such as this, time and time again. However, it’s even more beautiful to celebrate a couple whose vows have lasted throughout the years.

Lisa and Donovan are a remarkable example of what marriage looks like as they are still deeply in love with each other as much as the first day they said “I Do.” The day began with a vow renewal held at their breathtaking family home that was located on the side of a tall hill overlooking a beautiful landscape backdrop. Their three children celebrated with them as they re-committed their love to one another in a vow renewal ceremony.

Their story was lovely as they shared how they met when they were young, as neighbors living in homes right next to each other (and their parents still live in those same homes to this day!) Lisa and Donovan then shared how they fell in love with each other at the tender age of fifteen, and their love grew into the 25-year marriage that they have today. 

The couple then celebrated their vow renewal at the Ranch at the Little Hills, where family and friends spoke of their love, sacrifice and commitment to each other. They ended the evening with a dance as husband and wife, just as they did on that original wedding night. It was such a sweet occasion! Congrats to Lisa and Donovan!!
