This Wednesday is a little different. Want to know why? Its my birthday!!! Who knew that I would be a photographer at this age? Dreams do come true, yours can too! This is my favorite holiday, (in my book its a holiday). When I get to share it with my closest friends and family that makes it fantastic! 🙂 So glad that I have all of you in my life!!

This has probably been one of the most interesting birthdays I have had. I just found out that my grandpa also passed away today a few hours ago. Although I will deeply miss him, I am also glad that he will not be suffering or in any pain. I know things happen for a reason and he had a full life. This photo was taken in 2013 when I went to visit him and my family in Virginia. We didn’t see each other very often but when we did it was a great reunion! This is the last photo we took together and it is such a precious one, we all sat and talked for hours with so many laughs and joyful smiles. Photos are so important to me, this one photo makes me think about all of the good times I shared with him. Its amazing how photos can bring back wonderful memories, its not just a photo but it is a life that you are sharing. I hope I am expressing what I am feeling from this photo. I am praying for the rest of my family that they celebrate what a wonderful man he was and think about the good times. 🙂
