When a man meets the woman of his dreams, they fall in love and there’s a moment where he knows he has found the one. He starts shopping for rings and creates a plan in his mind of how he’s going to ask her to marry him. For Michael, he ordered the ring and planned a trip to Lake Tahoe where he had envisioned how the big proposal would happen. Deondra knew they were going away on trip so she was expecting the proposal to happen as well, but the ring had other plans. The jeweler could not get the ring to Michael in time for the big trip and so the anticipation for them both continued.  

Upon returning back home, the ring finally arrived! It was a normal day for Deondra and she was in her room getting dressed and she proceeded to place the ring her grandmother had given to her (years prior) as she would normally do any other day. Instead Michael said, “Why don’t you wear this ring today?” And in that moment, he asked her if she would become his wife and she said yes! Timing is so precious when creating the perfect moment in love. Congratulations Deondra and Michael!
