Chabot Space Museum Wedding

FILED IN: Wedding

It is always an honor when I’m asked to participate in styled shoots as these events are a very important part of running a business in the wedding industry. Styled shoots not only give vendors an opportunity to collaborate, network and show their best work, but it is also an inspiration and way to showcase what your business can do for brides that are looking for their special day!

I had the privilege of working with some very amazing vendors, including being able to collaborate with fellow photographer Monica Vargas  at this styled shoot that was set at the Chabot Space and Science Museum in Oakland California. Seventh House Harmony Events hosted this beautiful event where the stars set the stage! I was sooo happy with the outcome of the entire day because it turned out to be so beautiful!

I absolutely loved the deeply colorful floral arrangements that were created by Two Sky Floral Design. MiGoodies Bake Sale made an amazing three tiered cake full of gold embellishments and the food was delicious, prepared by Carrie Dove Catering and Events. There were macaroons too!!

Candles and flowers surrounded the venue, as harpist Sound Sculptress played a beautiful song nearby. The bride, modeled by Shanza Marie wore a beautiful gown full of lace and tulle that was found at The Wedding Party in their Berkeley location. Her jewelry and the beautiful rose gold ring with diamonds was crafted by Christy Natsumi. The bride’s hair was transformed into a braided crown and her makeup transformed her into an elegant bride, crafted by Cassandra McClure.

Her groom, modeled by T.J. Bunnell wore a royal to midnight blue suit tailored by Generation Tux. The furniture and all rentals, included that beautiful couch full of all of it’s character and charm was provided by One True Love Vintage Rentals, with the linens being supplied by Napa Valley Linens
