I always love hearing the plan of a proposal and then hearing how it actually comes into fruition! Sometimes life throws us curve balls and that was definitely a part of Adrienne and Edward’s story. Edward planned a weekend getaway with close friends and his girlfriend, Adrienne to Lake Tahoe. Adrienne had a feeling something was up when she noticed all of their friends were being funny, giggling and whispering to each other.

Edward had planned to propose at the lake on his birthday with the beautiful blue waters behind them as he got down on one knee to ask Adrienne to become his wife. Unfortunately, the sun decided to set a little early that day so he took his proposal indoors, which was a good thing because his nerves got the best of him. As he got down on his knee, Edward dropped the ring and the nerves continued when he turned to his sister to ask her what hand it goes on and with a little help from his friends, he placed the ring on her left hand as she said yes! They were all laughing and joyously happy for this special day. I’m so happy for you both!
